Every residence has been booked corresponding to their availability. They all have a specific stay period and price.

Important notes

• Rooms (single, twin or triple) are available only for registered participants (you will be contacted to provide the registration number(s) for roommates).
• Rooms will be attributed on a "first-come first-served" basis.
• The stay is a "package": check in and check out dates and times cannot be changed.
• The prices indicated are fixed prices for a fixed period; they all include breakfast and taxes.
• For room booking; you need your registration identifier and password. Then click on the following link and, after having validated the identifier and password, click on the link « You wish to purchase some additional items ».
• No charge for cancellation before 20 march 2008. A processing fee of €50 will be charged for a cancellation before 30 April 2008. No reimbursement will be made for a cancellation received after 30 April 2008.
• Payment of the room must be performed before 30 april 2008 otherwise reservation will be cancelled.
